Confusion.......

I received an email the on Wednesday that said our I-800 has been provisionally approved and it is being forwarded on to the National Visa Center (who then forwards it on to China) so hopefully the consulate can sign off on our Letter Seeking Confirmation soon so travel approval can be issued!

Yesterday I got a letter from the NBC (national benefits center) stating that they could not approve our I-800 because the letter required from our adoption agency in regards to the pre-placement training was not provided. The letter was dated 2/23 (Monday) I am not sure what is going on. I hope this letter was caught in the mail and our agency has provided the letter the NBC is requesting. I have a call into our agency and I am waiting for a call back as our case worker was out of the office yesterday afternoon.
